Rise & Grind

I’m at the airport, being a good friend, and arriving BEFORE my friend Katie lands so I can take her back to the city, where we’ll meet my brother Anthony at Penn Station. They’re coming in town for my album release show tomorrow, and I just feel so blessed to have such incredible friends.

Today is gonna be crazy, because there is SO much to be done. First off, I’m due for maintenance (haircut, shave, new outfit, etc.) which means shopping and a lot of running around, we rehearse with band and vocals at 2PM, groceries for the weekend, packaging CDs, promoting the show tonight at open mic night, and making sure we have all the props and product to make this a worthwhile event.

I know tomorrow night is gonna be amazing, so if you’re in the area, make sure you make it out.
